Upon your arrival at The Stratford Clinic your nurse will introduce herself / himself when you arrive. If you have a friend or member of your family with you they are welcome to accompany you, should wish.

Your nurse will ask you some questions about your general health and will be able to tell you what to expect during your procedure. Should you have any concerns which you would like to discuss with your Consultant or Anaesthetist please make your nurse aware.

You will be asked to sign a registration payment form when you arrive and if you are self-funding you will be asked to make your payment before your treatment commences.

At The Stratford Clinic it is our aim to ensure that you are treated with dignity and respect throughout your care. We understand that you may be nervous or worried about any consultations, examinations or treatment. In order to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible we have chaperones that can be on hand to look after your needs both physically and emotionally, should you wish.

If you should require a chaperone at any stage during your visit please ask any member of our team who will be happy to arrange this for you.
